We follow a structured process for handling various maintenance requests we receive for your project. We have divided the process in 6 simple steps as described below for handling each request. So please review each step below to understand the process we follow.

Review of your request

We review the change request(s) and clarify the same from you if there are any doubts.

Phase 3


Take back up your website before and after each edit we make.

Phase 4

Execute & Testing

We execute the changes and perform the quality testing of the website.

Phase 5


Send the work for client’s review/approval.

Phase 6

Go Live
